Emotions such as frustration, despair, resentment, anger and powerlessness are common. If we don’t have tools to address them, they can exacerbate inflammation.

I have been navigating Rheumatoid for over 5o years. I understand what a lonely and difficult disease it can be. My research and studies as both a practitioner and as a person with this condition, have equipped me with a wide range of strategies and skills.
