Who I Help

who I help

Are you ready to do things differently?
Are you ready To throw out what no longer serves you?
Are you ready To feel really connected to who you are?

the only thing that holds us back from creating change in our lives is ourselves

Nurturing Mental Wellbeing

Mental wellbeing has never been more important than it has been during the past couple of years. Our long periods of isolation from friends and family, along with the ever-present external fears and instability have been our constant companions.

Nurturing your mental wellbeing will ignite a new relationship with yourself based on acceptance and compassion. You will gain an understanding of how to perceive and to manage past and present stress.

Learn how to separate ‘you’ from your external stressors and expectations and feel a sense of inner calm.

“Over the past four decades women have closed the education gap, moved into non-traditional jobs at remarkably high rates, simultaneously managed families and challenging careers, and demonstrated their ability to innovate, inspire and manage effectively in every sector of the global workplace.”
Marilyn Loden, speaking on why she invented the Glass Ceiling phrase almost 40 years ago

Uplifting Women

Women in business often wrestle with self-doubt and self-esteem which can manifest in different ways. Irrespective of how they show up in your life, they are powerful beliefs that need to be transformed to facilitate change at a deeper level.

I am passionate about assisting women to find clarity about what might be holding them back from achieving their goals and dreams or feeling happy and confident. Clearing those blocks. Discovering the individual core beliefs that are central to driving change.

Supporting people with Inflammatory conditions

People who have an inflammatory condition such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, can be helped to embrace a completely different mindset

These inflammatory conditions need an unconditionally loving and supportive mindset. Especially when times are tough and you might be inclined to be hard on yourself.

We will shift the unwanted beliefs that drive your day-to-day thinking and behaviour. You will learn how to be your own coach and recognise when old patterns are creeping in. This paves the way for you to be able to think and respond differently to life.

Adopting a positive and flexible way of thinking in relation to your condition will flow naturally into other areas of your life.

 Testimonials

Sam – practitioner

I had the pleasure of working with Elissa in a clinical setting.
She is an amazing complimentary medicine practitioner (and a person!), and someone who has a phenomenal grasp of the human condition. Elissa’s ability to understand what drives people and what limits an individual really helps people positively change.
She creates a therapeutic space that fosters growth and exploration of potential.

I am grateful to have crossed paths with Elissa. In my experience, Elissa uses her life experience and wisdom to empower others. Drawing on different modalities and asking the right questions, Elissa helped me identify underlying challenges and issues to behaviours I wished to shift. Her wisdom and awareness meant she could navigate an approach and at a pace that suited me as an individual, leading me on a journey of effective change.
